Absolutely liked this book. Some recipes can be quite expensive if you can't think of another way to use up the leftover ingredients, but cooking through this book was a lot of fun for me. Absolutely everything in the book is vegan, with recommended brands and products to stock up on in your vegan/plant-based kitchen. Although many dishes have non-vegetarian options. None bothered me as the original dishes were always vegetarian, it was only the variations listed at the end that allowed eggs or cheese etc.

Highly recommend this book to anyone who loves cooking, from vegetarians to meat eaters! Extremely reliable dishes and huge variety of recipes to choose from. Many of these have made their way into my weekly recipe cycles. Very happy with this purchase.
