Looking for good direct/non direct JS banner traffic to buy on CPM.

AOL/Appnexus/Bidswitch/Geniee/Pubmatic/Pulsepoint/Rubicon/Doubleclick.

Must have carrier traffic. Don't contact me with garbage traffic please.
