These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MyMediaAds platform (the “Platform”), provided by MyMediaAds Ltd. (“MyMediaAds,” “we,” or “us”). 1.3 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Platform: a) Violating any applicable laws or regulations; b) Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity; c) Collecting or storing personal data of other users without their consent; d) Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure; e) Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; f) Engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive activities; g) Using the Platform to distribute unsolicited promotional or marketing materials (“spam”); h) Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any aspect of the Platform; i) Violating or infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others.
2.1 User Content: The Platform may allow you to post, upload, or transmit content, including text, images, videos, or other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant MyMediaAds a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Platform and our business.
2.2 Intellectual Property Rights: The Platform and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, are owned or licensed by MyMediaAds and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Platform.
