**Position Overview:**
We are currently seeking motivated and experienced individuals in Sales, Social Media, Collections, Merchant Services, Solar Sales, or Home Remodeling sales for the role of Lead Generation Specialist. This is a work-from-home position where you will play a crucial role in phone-based prospecting, collecting applications from potential clients, and guiding them through the initial stages of our financial solutions.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct phone-based prospecting of potential clients, utilizing social media channels as necessary.
2. Collect and process applications from potential new clients.
3. Collaborate with the sales team, assisting in walking clients through quotes and addressing initial inquiries.
**Qualifications:**
1. Previous sales experience, with a preference for telephone sales proficiency.
2. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
3. Comfortable with assertive sales techniques and confident in collecting essential information for the sales team.
**Benefits:**
– Competitive first-year compensation: $40,000.00 – $350,000.00 per year.
